Your work as a Client Success Manager will include the following duties :
- Coordinate with customers to perform Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
- Determine customer needs through the QBR process to produce projects and other sales.
- Partner with customers on escalated technology support issues.
- Document all activity within the company-provided professional services automation (PSA).
- Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
- Produce quotes for all customers within a 48-hour period following request.
- Manage service board within the PSA tool to ensure all customer needs are met.
