- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a GMP environment.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing and analytical lab operations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
