Evergreen Theragnostics, Inc. is a radiopharmaceutical company headquartered in Springfield, NJ. We operate in a brand-new state-of-the-art facility, developing our own radiopharmaceutical products and providing contract development and manufacturing services for other radiopharmaceutical companies. We also operate our own cutting edge cancer research laboratories.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain cell lines and conduct cell-based assays in a proper aseptic environment.
• Perform experiments, including radioactive uptake assays, target characterization, binding kinetics, and analytics.
• Contribute to preclinical R&D validation activities and support routine cell biology laboratory maintenance.
• Perform, design, and development of experimental protocols.
• Participate and lead special projects via input, feedback, and execution of assigned tasks.
• Ensure the work environment is clean, safe and in compliance with safety and good laboratory practice.
• Work independently at designated bench and complete work within project timeline.
• Maintain an accurate record; provide detailed reports, data, and timely presentations to senior scientists.
Essential Education and Qualifications:
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in biology, biological sciences, or related area of study along with 3-63 years of post-degree relevant laboratory experience is required. Radiopharmaceutical experience is a plus. Masters degree or PhD preferred.
• Experience in maintaining cell lines and performing cell-based assays.
• Knowledge of molecular biology methods currently used for analysis of the expression levels.
• Excellent work planning, data analysis and electronic record keeping skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while working under strict timelines.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with cross functional teams within and out of Discovery.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, GraphPad and electronic lab notebooks.
