Assisted Living Resident Assistant - AM Shift Memory Care Unit

Evergreen is seeking compassionate and talented people to join the team in its Assisted Living for our Memory Care residents.

AM shift : 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm. Every other weekend and holiday required.

This position is 32 hours per 2 week pay period.

  • CBRF Certifications are preferred.
  • Pick-up pay extra $4 / hr.
  • Competitive wages based on experience. Starting pay is $15.13-16.00 per hour with shift differential.

As a Resident Assistant you will :

  • Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (i.e. call lights, personal requests, ADLs, etc.).
  • Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly.
  • Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident's condition and / or needs .
  • Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner.

    • Minimum requirements :

  • At least 18 years of age
  • CBRF certifications
  • Strong prioritization and organization skill

    • Salary : $15 - $16
