Assisted Living Resident Assistant - AM Shift

Evergreen Oshkosh is seeking compassionate and talented people to join the team in its Assisted Living!

AM shift is 6am-12 : 00pm. Every other weekend and holiday required. Base pay $15.13 / hour depending on experience and certifications.

  • Pick up pay an extra $4 / hr.

As a Resident Assistant you will :

  • Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (call lights, personal requests, ADLs, etc.).
  • Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly.
  • Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident's condition and / or needs.
  • Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner.

    • Minimum requirements :

  • At least 18 years of age
  • CBRF certifications preferred
  • Strong prioritization and organization skill
