What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Support Coordinator position at Evergreen?
ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Project Coordinator will support operational program functions including consultant management, consultant engagement, project reporting, and financial reporting, as well as assist the project/program managers in delivery playbook responsibilities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct HR functions within a project, consultant engagement, morale initiatives, performance management, payroll audits, maintaining a master roster, etc.
- Actively support up to 300 consultants throughout the project duration.
- Create and maintain client-facing and internal reporting within CRM, Airtable, and SharePoint
- Participate in Evergreen internal collaboration initiatives
- Oversee and execute the consultant onboarding process including leading consultant orientations and being onsite to greet consultants on their first day
- Coordinate with recruiters to set up and manage interview tracking
- Conduct up to 10 interviews a day during peak months
- Manage both internal and external project-wide communication and announcements
- Document and distribute meeting minutes and notes
- Support the project or program manager in project financial and timesheet auditing
- Respond to consultant questions and address escalations
- Partner with the project team to identify consultant risks, issues, and help assist in remediation strategies
- Communication with clients and consultants daily via team meetings, email, phone calls, and virtual chat rooms
- Process and conduct terminations
- Perform other job duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year of professional experience in an administrative, HR, recruiting, or project coordination role
- Experience creating and editing professional documents
- Experience in updating status and financial reporting
- Demonstrated heightened attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle challenging discussions with resilience and maintain composure under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills with a can-do personality
- Ability to conduct themselves professionally while also building relationships with clients and consultants
- Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bring an analytical and solution-oriented mindset to work every day
- Able to work a hybrid schedule
