Schedule- 12 hour rotating shift- 7a-7p
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments
- Verify and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders or invoices
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Utilize AS400 system to track inventory and update shipping records
- Operate RF scanners to scan barcodes and ensure accurate inventory management
- Load and unload trucks using equipment such as reach trucks or forklifts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role preferred
- Familiarity with order picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Proficiency in using AS400 or similar inventory management systems
- Ability to operate RF scanners for barcode scanning
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification
This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
Please note that this is a physically demanding role that may require lifting heavy packages and standing for extended periods of time.
