- Will learn and develop skills to support EverGRO's Agronomy Division to help safely and efficiently prepare & apply various crop protectants, fertilizers, and other treatment products to customer fields
- Train and develop ability to help support maintenance and repair of custom application vehicles and equipment
- Assist with transportation, blending and mixing of various agronomy products
- Opportunity for growth to obtain a CDL and other endorsements paid for by the Cooperative
- Non-CDL drivers and CDL drivers are encouraged to apply, no on-road experience needed

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

- This role may be located at either our Orange or Madison locations, with opportunities to travel between various Cooperative locations when needed

For this role, we are looking for talent that can bring to the table the following.
- A high school diploma/GED equivalent
- A valid Driver's License
- Experience with operating farming machinery/equipment or other heavy equipment
- Preferred knowledge and experience in agronomy/agriculture, preferably with seed, chemicals, inventory, crop protectants, etc.
- Have obtained or are able and willing to obtain the following licenses/certifications;
- Commercial Driver License (Class A or B)
- Registered Technician OR Commercial Applicator License OR Private Applicator License
- Forklift Certification
- Dedication to safety and compliance
- A passion and enthusiasm to work with our cooperative customers to help improve and overcome any challenges related to their needs
- A desire to learn, grow and work as a cross-functional team member with other divisions within EverGRO
