WHAT'S MY NEXT CAREER AS A SERVICE TECHNICIAN TRAINEE GOING TO LOOK LIKE?
- EverGRO's Service Technician in training will learn the skills and techniques to perform installation, maintenance and repair of propane and/or oil burning systems and equipment for our customers
- The position may also learn how to repair and perform maintenance on diesel or gasoline tanks and equipment
- The goal of this position is to grow and develop with EverGRO's Energy Division and become a Service Technician that can independently work on customer's requests regarding our Energy products and services
- This position is HOME EVERY NIGHT - ALL LOCAL ROUTES

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
This position will be tasked with the following key objectives:
- Operate company equipment safely, aligned with DOT regulation, company policies and other local/state traffic laws
- Interact and communicate professionally with customer and business partners
- Maintain regular communication with Division Director of Energy and Operations Manager of Energy Service regarding daily dispatching services
- Read and efficiently interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints, manuals, engineering specifications, diagrams, meters, gauges, and control panels to perform installation and repair equipment
Some positions will have the following work environment qualities.
- This role will primarily be driving a company commercial motor vehicle, working outdoors potentially on customer work orders, which would experience seasonal temperature and humidity elements

For this role, we are looking for talent that can bring to the table the following.
- Class A or Class B CDL
- A high school diploma/GED equivalent
- HazMat & Tanker Endorsements or ability to obtain within 60-days of employment
- Ability and willingness to work a 24/7 on-call rotation
- Ability and willingness to travel between EverGRO locations
- Petroleum and/or Propane Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Prefer one year of professional CDL or service technician/maintenance or related experience
- Dedication to safety and compliance
- A passion and enthusiasm to work with our cooperative customers to help improve and overcome any challenges related to their needs
- A desire to learn, grow and work as a cross-functional team member with other divisions within EverGRO
