We’re on the lookout for a skilled Field Service Technician to help keep our gaming systems running smoothly at client locations. If you have a passion for gaming technology, enjoy solving technical challenges, and love interacting with people, this is the role for you!
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be part of a team that brings cutting-edge bingo technology to life. From installing and troubleshooting systems to training clients and maintaining records, you’ll play a key role in making sure our gaming products deliver exceptional experiences. And yes, there’s a lot of travel and exciting challenges along the way!
- Mainly servicing the Western NY region, with support provided in nearby areas as needed.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $26 - $30 / per hour and is overtime eligible .
