What Will You Be Doing?
Responsible for ensuring efficient project management and coordination of internal teams with external resources.
Collaborate with a production team on scheduling, planning, and sizing of functional specifications and software designs.
Responsible for developing and maintaining regulatory and technical processes across departments.
Maintain a library of common stories across all products to aid in regulatory approval quality and identifying / developing product repeatable elements.
Document end-to-end configurations of complex solutions involving new components such as cabinets, plugins, or peripherals, ensuring entire system quality through regulatory approval.
Develop metrics and reporting tools for measuring the effectiveness and efficiencies of processes or systems.
Identify areas of improvement within the development process and works collaboratively to measure and improve.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job :
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required.
- 8-12 years of software development experience in a software technology company.
- 5 years' management and / or leadership experience in a software development role.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams using software development methodologies.
- Proven ability to focus on process improvements and key performance metrics that add to the overall effectiveness of the development team.
- Advanced knowledge of data structures, logic, algorithms, and optimization skills.
- Advanced ability to understand and apply object-oriented modeling, design, and development.
