Epoxy Floor Installer

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in flooring installation, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality work.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare surfaces for epoxy flooring installation by cleaning, grinding, and repairing as necessary.
- Mix and apply epoxy coatings to floors according to specifications.
- Ensure a smooth, even application and finish.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in epoxy flooring installation or a similar field.
- Knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
