Paint Line Technician
Overview:
The Paint Line Technician will work in our paint production facility located in the distribution center. As a Paint Line Technician, you will apply coatings with all types of spray equipment to meet coverage, performance, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ability to follow verbal directions.
· Ability to understand written policies and guidelines, specifications, and safety standards.
· Operate production line equipment effectively and efficiently.
· Prepare product for coating, coat product, and keep production moving.
· Be able to mix and spray all products used in process.
· Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot machine failures and make minor adjustments.
· Ability to work in accordance with quality & safety, standards, policies, and guidelines.
· When available willing to assist others in maximizing efficiency.
Qualifications:
Able to communicate effectively with a team and have organizational skills.
Willing to work overtime.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand for 8 hours.
Machine operation and/or paint line experience preferred.
Willingness to train team members.
Ability to lead a team effectively and positively.
Flexibility in possible shift changes.
