The Role:
We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator who is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our clients and team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our practice, making sure our clients feel cared for and supported from their very first interaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact—answer calls, manage emails, and greet clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Schedule client appointments and coordinate care to ensure seamless support.
- Maintain compliance with charts, insurance billing, and office documentation.
- Assist with general office duties, such as data entry, record-keeping, and managing office supplies.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence and reports.
- Check charts for compliance and complete annual paperwork.
- Work collaboratively with our team to uphold our mission of providing compassionate and empowering care.
- Complete Intake and Annual Paperwork.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative or office support experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Drive.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional, warm demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Hours: Monday to Friday (weekend hours available), 40 hours per week, including at least one evening shift until 8 PM. Shifts are between 8 AM - 7:30 PM.
- Pay: $15-$17 per hour (with room to grow), plus amazing benefits!
