Position Overview:
As the Director of Inside Sales at Everlights, you will play a pivotal leadership role. Acting as a Player/Coach, you will lead from the front, inspiring a team of Inside Sales Representatives and SDRs focused on driving revenue through effective Hunting, Prospecting, and Cold Calling strategies. You'll recruit, develop, and coach top talent to consistently surpass sales targets and elevate team performance. In collaboration with the Head of Sales, you will shape and execute impactful sales strategies that align with our ambitious company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Reps and SDRs to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement ongoing training and development programs to sharpen the skills of your team.
- Cultivate a supportive, high-performing team culture that prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Leverage your extensive industry connections to recruit top-performing Inside Sales Reps and SDRs.
- Implement strategic, data-driven hiring practices that align with our sales objectives and company culture.
3. Commercial & Residential Sales Strategy:
- Drive and oversee the daily sales motions of Hunting, Prospecting, and Cold Calling for both commercial and residential sectors.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers, driving repeat business and fostering strong partnerships.
4. Individual Sales Contributions:
- Own a personal sales quota by actively engaging in daily sales activities across both commercial and residential channels.
- Manage and exceed your individual sales targets, contributing to overall team success.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by nurturing leads and converting them into closed deals.
Qualifications:
- Proven success as a high-performing sales leader with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop top sales talent.
- Strong experience in sales coaching, onboarding, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaborative relationships across teams.
Desired Experience:
- 8 years of sales experience, ideally within commercial and residential business development.
- 3 years of experience in sales team recruitment, hiring, training, and management.
