EverLine Coatings, a rapidly scaling commercial service franchise brand is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to drive sales in the North Pittsburgh and North East Ohio region by developing relationships with customers who are Property Managers (Residential and commercial real estate managers), General Managers in the hospitality, supply chain, manufacturing and warehousing industries.
The services sold include parking lot maintenance services such as line striping, ashphalt repair, crackfilling, seal coating as well as interior floor coatings and markings.
This is a commissions based role and those with existing knowledge of the North East Cleveland area and those with relationships in the real estate, construction and property management fields will be the most successful.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-- Generate sales and maintain sales volume by leveraging contacts and relationships in the commercial and residential property management / real estate space
- Utilize previous sales experience to create connections and generate leads.
- Be prepared to travel to job sites as well as client locations to have a detailed understanding of our services and how they are performed to be able to advise our clients of the services they need, at times also supervise large projects and provide status updates to the client to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Drive repeat business through active follow up of relationships built over time

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales, specifically B2B sales and in property management / construction / real estate
- EverLine Coatings Franchises offer great annual potential due to the growing brand, we need someone that can aggressively go after leads in the area and form lasting relationships
- Some experience and direct / indirect connections with property managers and business owners responsible for parking lot maintenance will be a big plus.

Flexible work from home options available.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
