Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development initiatives to scale up EverLine’s sales, operations, lead generation and customer base in the Orange County and North San Diego County markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the asphalt, concrete, and pavement maintenance industries.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, threats, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic campaigns aimed at business growth.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, bids, and presentations for potential clients.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and client onboarding processes.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to ensure goals are met and report performance to leadership.
- Represent EverLine at industry events, trade shows, and local networking functions.
Requirements:
- Experience in business development or sales in construction
- Demonstrated success in scaling business operations and achieving growth targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Southern California region.
