We are working with a national provider of ABA therapy, specializing in behavioral health services for individuals with autism, currently seeking an ABA Executive Operational Coordinator.
They are looking for a highly organized, empathetic, and proactive individual to lead the client onboarding and authorization processes for families navigating autism services. You’ll be the engine that ensures families move seamlessly from inquiry to service delivery—with clarity, compassion, and speed.
In this high-impact role, you will:
- Own the intake process—from handling initial inquiries to coordinating assessments and launching services
- Manage a dynamic pipeline of client authorizations and insurance communications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families, providing regular updates and compassionate support
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve workflows and minimize delays
- Identify and implement operational improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness
What we’re looking for:
- 5 years of healthcare operations experience, ideally with direct exposure to ABA therapy services
- Familiarity with insurance billing and verification, particularly for ABA or behavioral health services
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems, EMR platforms, or client intake software
