Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Serve as the go-to expert for information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with reservations for dining, spa services, entertainment, transportation, and other special requests.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations by personalizing recommendations and services.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Orlando’s attractions, events, and activities to provide expert advice.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and positively.
- Uphold Evermore Orlando Resort's commitment to exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Contact VIPs and House arrivals 48 hours in advance of arrival to assist in scheduling reservations, activities, etc
- Perform all duties of the Guest Service Agent role.
- Perform check-ins when all Guest Services Agents are assisting other guests.
- Exemplify all Forbes standards
- All other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in a concierge, guest services, or similar hospitality role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Orlando area, including attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and front desk operations is beneficial.
- Capable of working scheduled hours, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Able to safely lift, pull, and push up to 25 pounds
- Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically
- Visually look at a computer for extended periods
- Able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time
- Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside
