Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- BCBA certification in good standing.
- LBA (preferred)
- Experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a center-based setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time/Part-Time
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the behavioral needs of clients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and evidence-based practices.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collect and analyze research data to inform treatment decisions and improve service delivery.
- Supervise, train, and support RBTs.
- Advocate for the needs of clients within the special education system and community resources.
