Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. As a BCBA at Blue Gems ABA, you will oversee the implementation of individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and work closely with families to promote meaningful progress for our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments to guide treatment planning.
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to RBTs and other team members, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Analyze data collected during sessions to track progress and make informed adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure consistency in treatment.
- Provide training and support to families to help generalize skills across settings.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with children and families in an ABA setting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
