As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities by proactively engaging with potential clients. This role focuses on lead generation, outreach, and relationship-building, with some marketing support activities (10-20%). Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Own prospecting activities within your assigned account base.
- Conduct extensive outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads.
- Research organizations to identify key decision-makers.
Qualification and Pipeline Management:
- Qualify interested prospects and arrange meetings for senior team members.
- Track all lead generation activities in HubSpot CRM (calls, emails, notes).
- Maintain a clean and organized pipeline of potential clients.
Sales & Marketing Support:
- Assist in creating targeted outreach campaigns.
- Help develop LinkedIn content and messaging.
- Review prospect engagement metrics and learn from analytics insights.
Collaboration and Growth:
- Work closely with the team to refine outreach strategies.
- Share best practices and contribute ideas for improving processes.
- Participate in mentorship sessions with experienced professionals from top companies like Dell, Microsoft, Oracle, and the Federal Government.

- Location: Fully remote to start, with the potential to transition to a hybrid office environment in El Paso, TX.
- Compensation: Hourly pay potential performance-based bonuses.
- Primary Responsibility: 80-90% of this job focuses on business development and sales outreach.
