Duties

- Support office management activities, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Serve as a personal assistant to senior staff members, facilitating their daily activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for various office processes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and workflow.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office environment or as a personal assistant is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse clients.
