Eversource Energy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Consultant, Customer Service. This role will play a critical part in planning, coordinating, and overseeing Payments & Print related activities and assignments.
As a key member of the Customer Operations & Digital Strategy (CODS) organization, you will provide analytical, system, and operational oversight and coordination of functions. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed business requirements for new or updated system applications, updating existing policies, procedures, and processes as needed, and supporting IT and external vendor teams in identifying and troubleshooting issues related to Payment and Print functions.
