Job Title : Machine Operator (1st Shift)

Pay Rate : $16-$18

Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team for the 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have experience with inserting, inkjetting machines, or bindery equipment such as cutters and folders. Your primary responsibilities will include operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Operate and monitor inserting, inkjetting machines, or bindery equipment.
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and routine maintenance as necessary.
• Monitor production output and quality to meet daily targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow.
