Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate
Hours : Monday - Friday 7am - 4 : 30pm. Occasional Overtime on Saturdays
Pay Rate : $18.00 / hr.
Job Summary :
We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing, with opportunities for growth and hands-on training. The Manufacturing Associate will assist with operating equipment, assembling products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in operating machinery and production equipment under supervision.
- Perform basic assembly tasks and ensure products meet quality standards.
- Monitor the production line and report any issues to supervisors.
- Package, label, and organize finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all company policies and safety regulations.
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production tasks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
