Mancan has partnered up with an esteemed sheet metal fabrication company in Wooster, operational since 1948. We are offering full-time, temp-to-hire positions in our Magnetic Department with opportunities for overtime. We seek individuals with mechanical aptitude or machinery experience who are committed to maintaining excellent attendance.

Location: Wooster, OH

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (includes a $0.15/hour shift premium)
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (includes a $0.20/hour shift premium)

Starting Pay Rate: $15.50/hour

• Assembly
• General Labor
• Machine Operators
• Metal Finishers
• Sheet Metal Fabricators
• Shipping
• Welding

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble magnetic components.
• Read and comprehend mechanical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Operate power tools such as band saws, shears, hydraulic presses, and drill presses.
• Maintain a safe working environment and perform general housekeeping as required.

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude or machinery experience.
• Strong attendance record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of a drug test and national background check.
