Senior Network Engineer
Location : Cleveland, OH 44113

Job Summary
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will oversee and guide a team of engineers, working closely with the Project Manager and Senior IT Leadership. Your main objective will be to ensure that projects are completed as planned—on schedule and within budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering team development, providing hands-on support, and maintaining clear communication and organization within the team.
Core Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Team Development :
Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers, ensuring high technical standards and collaborative teamwork.
Partner with the Project Manager and Senior IT Leadership to ensure technical solutions align with project objectives and scope.
Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructures, including firewalls, servers, switches, and related hardware.
Act as the primary liaison between the engineering team and leadership, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Qualifications :
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (preferred).
Proficient in configuring and managing firewalls, servers, switches, backup solutions, and VOIP systems.
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Microsoft Certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, MS Server, Office 365, etc.).
