We are seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Trial Attorney for our client in Burbank! The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling personal injury cases from inception to trial, including first-chair jury trial experience. This role demands exceptional leadership, litigation expertise, and the ability to handle a large caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Manage the day-to-day handling of personal injury cases from filing the complaint through trial.Provide guidance and leadership to the litigation team, fostering a collaborative environment.Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts to gather critical case information.Review legal documents drafted by associates and staff to ensure accuracy and quality.Develop and execute trial preparation and strategy, including preparation of motions and exhibits.Draft and argue trial-related motions.Lead settlement negotiations and represent clients in settlement / dispositive proceedings such as mediations and arbitrations.Serve as First Chair in jury trials, presenting compelling cases to achieve favorable outcomes.Handle post-trial motions and proceedings.Provide informed and strategic legal opinions to clients.Required Qualifications :
