Job Description
As the Purchasing Manager, you will lead the purchasing team and oversee all procurement activities, ensuring they are executed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with the organization's strategic goals. Your efforts will directly impact operational success and the bottom line. This position also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure a seamless supply chain continuity plan.

Salary up to $125k
Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Team Management : Lead the Purchasing Team by setting clear objectives, tracking progress, providing mentorship, and effectively overcoming challenges to maintain high performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Serve as the key liaison between the purchasing team, internal departments, suppliers, and stakeholders. Manage external pressures and unexpected issues, allowing the team to remain focused on their core responsibilities.
- Team Well-being & Productivity : Identify potential stressors within the team, offering the support and resources needed to sustain morale and optimize productivity.
- Role Model & Culture Champion : Lead by example, fostering a positive and productive work environment, while upholding the company's values in all interactions.
- Supply Chain Continuity : Develop and maintain a comprehensive Supply Chain Continuity Plan that supports the company's growth and Capital Expenditure (CapEx) strategies.
- Vendor Relations & Performance : Assist department leaders with sourcing and pricing through established vendor relationships. Monitor vendor compliance and performance, taking corrective actions as needed to ensure optimal results.
