Responsibilities

We are seeking an Purchasing Operations Manager - ERP to optimize the Procure to Pay process within our ERP system, with a focus on Oracle Cloud. This role will ensure cost efficiency, service delivery, and continuous improvement in procurement operations.

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud purchasing modules, ensuring seamless integration of the Procure to Pay process.
  • Develop and improve policies and processes to ensure accurate, timely purchasing requests and end-to-end procurement operations within the ERP system.
  • Resolve complex procurement issues and collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams for effective solutions.
  • Monitor and report on SLA performance, using ERP tools to drive operational efficiency and improvements in the Procure to Pay cycle.
  • Track and manage KPIs for procurement, identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-driven solutions based on ERP insights.
  • Ensure procurement processes are cost-effective, compliant with regulations, and propose internal controls as needed.
  • Leverage ERP reporting tools to gain insights, resolve issues, and enhance overall procurement efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive purchasing training programs and QRG's for users on system functionality while providing ongoing support for quarterly updates

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Accountant preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.

Education

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in P2P, Purchasing, or Supply Chain
  • Oracle Cloud ERP Required
  • At least 5 years of experience in P2P, Purchasing, or Supply Chain
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and process improvement skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
