We are seeking a talented Trademark Attorney for a direct hire opportunity.
Salary : $145 - $165k, full benefits, M-F 1st shift
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and nurture new client relationships.
- Oversee both new and existing client relationships.
- Perform preliminary (SAEGIS) and comprehensive trademark availability searches using U.S. and international databases and third-party vendors.
- Prepare and prosecute U.S. trademark applications, statements of use, notices of allowance, renewals, descriptions of goods and services, specimens, transfers and assignments, and responses to office actions.
- Handle international trademark prosecution through the Madrid Protocol, Paris Convention, and correspondence with foreign associates and trademark offices including WIPO.
- Manage brand protection efforts, including reviewing trademark watch notices and the USPTO Official Gazette, researching potential infringements, drafting protest letters, and monitoring follow-up and closure.
