Trademark Attorney Responsibilities:
Handle prosecution and filing of U.S. trademark applications using the Trademark Office TSDR and TEAS systems.
Correspond with clients regarding deadlines and questions about their trademark applications and registrations.
Review client instructions and respond to client and/or Trademark Office in a timely manner.
Report filings and correspondence to clients.
Review and docket Trademark Office correspondence and handle electronic dockets on a daily basis.
Trademark Attorney Qualifications:
Must have minimum one year of trademark prosecution experience, including managing workloads, preparing, filing and prosecuting U.S. trademark applications.
Experience using the Trademark Office TSDR and TEAS systems.
Able to prioritize and execute tasks.
