As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a customer-focused environment through every interaction. This may include answering phones, scheduling appointments, helping to onboard new team members, and assisting with leadership tasks. You will also be responsible for contract processing and quality control, including verification that all contracts are valid before entry. Additionally, you will perform banking duties such as cash receipt entry, deposit slips, credit card transactions, and bank deposits. May include trips to the bank for actual cash deposits.

* Create a customer-focused environment through every interaction
* Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help onboard new team members
* Assist with leadership tasks, including contract processing and quality control
* Perform banking duties, including cash receipt entry, deposit slips, credit card transactions, and bank deposits
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and ability to type 40 words per minute with minimal errors. You will also need to be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records. Previous experience in administration or customer service is preferred, but not required.
