What We're Looking For
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, with expertise in multiple insurance carrier portals and knowledge of epic insurance software, EZLynz, or a comparative rater.
Responsibilities include:
- Quoting and issuing all personal lines policies
- Balancing incoming cases from email, phone calls, and internal requests
- Notating client files effectively from an errors and omissions standpoint
- Recognizing when to properly follow up with clients, carriers, and partners
- Analyzing how to handle specific situations to avoid bigger issues
- Maintaining a positive attitude and being a team player
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License (Required)
- More than 3 years of personal lines experience
- Experience working with epic insurance software, EZLynz, or a comparative rater
