Summary:
The Organizational Development team is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of performance improvement initiatives across EverTrue. The Organizational Development Specialist will focus on programs to drive employee development and increase engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Facilitates development workshops targeted to audiences from front-line employees through managers utilizing a variety of delivery methods (classroom, webinar, video conference, etc.)
2. Designs and delivers performance improvement solutions including workshops, skills-transfer activities, and instructional materials
3. Consults with business leaders on unique performance and development needs and designs appropriate solutions
4. Partners with the Human Resources team to develop and implements programs to impact employee engagement and retention
5. Leads high-potential leadership tracks at the supervisory level and provides one-on-one coaching to participants
6. Evaluates effectiveness of programs through data analysis; Identifies and implements appropriate improvements
7. Drives program utilization through creative marketing and communication
8. Serves as system administrator for LMS system and helps drive timely completion of compliance training
9. Participates in the planning, development, and implementation of the overall Organizational Development strategy
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience driving performance improvement in a business environment
- 2 years’ experience facilitating development workshops
- Experience designing workshops and instructional materials
- Working knowledge of adult learning concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience working with learning technology (Learning Management Systems, web-based and online training, etc.)
- Proven collaboration and consultation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimum supervision
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2013

Work is generally performed in a standard office environment or on-site at one of our communities. Will require long hours of standing and presenting to groups. Travel is required to communities located in metro St. Louis area, mid-Missouri and mid-Illinois region and other meetings as required.

Salary : $57,000 - $91,000
