Who you are:

  • You have a proven track record of success in sales, emphasizing both acquiring new logos and expanding existing accounts. (Past Fundraising experience as a Major Gift Officer or Development Officer is a plus!)
  • You possess exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • You have strong negotiation and pricing skills.
  • You are self-motivated and results-oriented, consistently striving to achieve and surpass set objectives.
  • You exhibit the ability to work independently while also being a valuable contributor to collaborative team efforts.
  • Willingness to travel as required (if applicable).
  • You hold a deep understanding of the education industry, particularly in confronting the challenges faced by universities and advancement teams."
  • You possess proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Candidates who reside in the CASE District IV locations (Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas) will be prioritized. Familiarity with the member organizations of the CASE district is also a plus.

How you'll contribute to the team:

  • You will take charge of a designated territory focused on US universities and non-profits, creating and executing a strategic plan to expand our presence within existing clients while targeting new accounts.
  • You will identify and engage influential decision-makers in potential institutions, utilizing industry insights and networking abilities to uncover new business opportunities.
  • You will lead impactful presentations and product demos, effectively communicating EverTrue's value proposition and customizing solutions for each prospect's unique requirements.
  • You will oversee the entire sales process, from qualifying leads to designing tailored solutions, generating proposals, negotiating terms, and successfully closing deals.
  • You will adeptly negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms, aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes for EverTrue and its clients.
  • You will identify chances to cross-sell additional EverTrue products/services to current clients, boosting the value they gain from our solutions.
  • You will stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors, providing valuable insights to prospects and clients.
  • You will research, develop, and create a pipeline of opportunities three times the required ARR to meet sales quotas.
  • You will maintain records in the Salesforce CRM, accurately documenting all client interactions, opportunities, and activities.

The base salary range for this role is $120K - $140K, with a total on-target earnings (OTE) of $225K, including an uncapped variable component, we also cover 80% of your healthcare premium, we're a remote first environment with no plans to return to office, and our happiness and well-being perks are valued at $25K.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
