Role Summary
Receive, prepare and ship parts, consumables and all materials routed to and from the Parts Department. Process paperwork for inspection and accounting purposes.
Compensation Starting at $20.00 p/hr

Key Duties
- Verify incoming parts have all required documentation and they match vendor’s paperwork.
- Receive repaired, overhauled, or new parts into inventory through RAAS database.
- Receive COMAT parts into inventory through RAAS database.
- Prepare Serviceable Tags for received parts as needed.
- Place all received parts on inspection room shelf for inspection.
- Create shipping bills in RAAS database when items are shipped to alternate locations.
- Assist with preparation of all parts shipped via Gold Streak, RAVN, or any means necessary for AOG aircraft.
- Quarantine parts that have any documentation discrepancies.
- Work with inspectors and the Parts Manager to resolve any discrepancies with parts that have been quarantined.
- Assist with expediting as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and stockroom floor area.
