Responsibilities

Provides in-depth support and leads problem solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. Applies basic principles, theories, and concepts; limited industry knowledge. Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity; refers more complex issues to higher levels. Works under direct supervision.

Qualifications

You Have:

• Experience providing support for IT communications equipment or infrastructure
• Experience following problem analysis flows to solve problems
• Experience creating and understanding technical documentation for problem resolution
• Ability to analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user issues, including software applications, laptops, and peripheral devices
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to obtain a clearance
• Associates degree or 2 years of experience providing IT support
• DoD 8570-Compliant IAT Level II or III Certification, such as Security Certification
