Every Child's Hope is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Foster Care Case Aide. As a Case Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing transportation, supervision of visits, and other support services to children and families within our Foster Care Case Management program.
Summary:
The Case Aide provides essential support to our Foster Care Case Management program, ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families. Responsibilities include supervised visitation, transportation to appointments, promoting positive parenting skills, and assisting case managers in locating resources. This position requires travel throughout the state and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervised visitation for children and their families.
- Transport clients to various appointments within the community.
- Address parenting skills during visitation and promote positive parenting.
- Assist case managers in locating resources for families.
- Attend necessary internal and external meetings and complete required training.
- Enter data into Missouri’s client data management system.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience with children and families preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to trauma-informed care and ethical practices.
