Every Special Child is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Disability Teacher to join our team in Edgewater Park, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education and hold the required preschool endorsement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of preschool children with disabilities.
Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment to encourage learning and development.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best educational outcomes.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding special education.
Requirements:
Valid teaching certification in Special Education with a Preschool Endorsement (required).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience working with children with disabilities, preferably in a preschool setting.
Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
