The Role :

As a Commercial Business Operations Manager at EVERY™, you will play a pivotal role in bridging our commercial and operational teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our business processes. You will manage and implement key projects, focusing on both project management and commercial readiness, to support our rapid growth and strategic objectives. Your role will involve a combination of operational excellence and commercial project management, ensuring our solutions are scalable and aligned with business goals.

What you'll accomplish

  • Customer Journey Development : Design and implement a forward-looking customer journey that enhances customer experience and drives business growth.
  • Systems, Reporting & Dashboarding : Deploy & implement software, technology tools (i.e. ERP, CRM) to improve reporting mechanisms and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making within the commercial team.
  • Commercial Readiness : Ensure the commercial team is prepared for new product launches, market expansions, and other strategic initiatives by coordinating resources, training, and readiness plans.
  • Meeting Hygiene & Organization : Enhance the effectiveness and organization of commercial meetings, ensuring they are well-structured, productive, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Technical Implementation : Understand and oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of new tools, processes, or systems.
  • Chief of Staff Support : Act as a Chief of Staff to the Chief Commercial Officer, providing strategic support, managing key initiatives, and facilitating communication and collaboration across the commercial team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various departments to drive cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and achieving shared goals.
  • Process Improvement : Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the commercial team.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Clearly communicate project goals, plans, and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.

What you bring (required)

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business operations management, product management, management consulting, or relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of driving results.
  • Deep knowledge of Project Management skills with tools, concepts, and software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage technical implementations and understand technical requirements.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Comprehensive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Nice-to-have (but not required)

  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience or familiarity with biotech, lab sciences, or manufacturing pharma.
  • Knowledge of biotech industry regulations and quality standards.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, SQL.
  • Experience in the food industry.

  • Pay Range : $116,000 - $164,000 Stock Options

    At EVERY™ pay ranges are subject to change and assigned to a job based on the location specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills / capabilities, experience, and available budget.
