The Role :
As a Staff Accountant, you'll be the financial backbone of our growing company, ensuring our numbers don't just add up—they tell a story of precision, integrity, and success. You'll take full ownership of the month-end close process, drive financial reporting, and oversee account reconciliations, keeping our books in peak condition.
With your sharp analytical mind and relentless attention to detail, you'll uncover insights, streamline processes, and spot discrepancies before they become issues. You won't just keep us compliant—you'll help shape the future of our financial operations, making them more efficient and scalable.
What you'll accomplish
- Take full ownership of the month-end close process, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Perform account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively.
- Support audit preparations and work closely with external auditors.
- Partner with internal teams to streamline and optimize financial processes.
- Drive efficiencies in reporting, reconciliation, and process automation.
- Identify errors and inconsistencies in financial data and correct them before they become problems.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.

Pay Range : $75,000 - $96,718
At EVERY™, pay ranges are subject to change and assigned to a job based on the location-specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys.
