About the role
As Two Chairs continues to grow, the Staff Accountant will play a crucial role in ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where collaboration and continuous improvement are valued. You will have ownership over the entire Accounts Payable (AP) processes and support the Senior Accountant with key month-end close tasks, financial reporting, and compliance activities. Core Areas of Responsibility
Accounts Payable
- Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing, approvals, and vendor payments
- Ensure proper coding of expenses to the correct accounts and projects in the general ledger
- Assist with employee expense reimbursements and ensure accurate billing of travel expenses
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand vendor agreements and customer contracts to ensure appropriate vendor set up
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities through automation and / or efficiency initiatives
Month End Close and General Ledger Support
Financial Reporting and Compliance
Ad hoc projects

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this full-time, exempt role is $84,000 - $113,700. The final offer is dependent on qualifications and experience. New hires can reasonably expect an offer between $84,000 and $98,000.
