Under the general supervision of the Center Administrator, the Center Manager / IDT Team Leader will have authority and responsibility for the management of the Interdisciplinary Team activities and staff. The IDT Team Leader will fulfill the regulatory role of the Center Manager. Center Manager will ensure that decisions pertaining to participant services are driven by participant needs and the IDT decision making process. All employees are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with PACE values of compassion, dignity, excellence, integrity and teamwork.
1. Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
2. One or more years working with the frail and elderly population.
3. Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation. Must be able to meet EveryAge's auto insurance carrier's standards for coverage.
- Education : Associates Degree or higher by an accrediting agency recognized by the US Dept. of Education in HealthCare related field.
Professional licensing as required by position.
Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
Minimum of 1 years’ experience working with the frail elderly population.
