Housing Services Coordinator
The Housing Services Coordinator performs a wide range of tasks in relation to the overall coordination of the Service Coordinator program, including initial training and on-going education of Service Coordinators. The Housing Services Coordinator provides support and assistance to the Director of Housing Services in compiling required reports and planning and coordinating Housing Committee Meetings, Board Meetings, and Housing Service Retreats. The Housing Services Coordinator performs a wide range of tasks in order to advocate for, and assist tenants living in HUD 202 Elderly Housing managed by EveryAge. Coordinates efforts of outreach, resource coordination, problem solving, intervention, advocacy, community building, and increasing visibility within the broader community.
Minimal Education :
A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (or a related field); or a minimum of five years of work experience in social services is required.
Minimal Experience :
Minimum of one (1) years experience in a geriatric setting preferred.

Strong organizational, communication and inter-personal skills
Manage multiple projects / changing priorities
