Responsibilities
The Community Engagement Manager will play a critical role in leading and fostering community partnerships, developing outreach strategies, and ensuring the active involvement of stakeholders in various community-based initiatives. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for building relationships, empowering community leaders, and creating meaningful engagement strategies that align with Everyday Life’s mission to build individual, organizational, and community capacity.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with community leaders, organizations, local health agencies, and other key stakeholders.
- Facilitate the formation of new tri-sector partnerships (public, private, and community sectors) to enhance service delivery and improve health outcomes.
- Develop, implement, and oversee community outreach strategies to increase awareness of health programs and services.
- Work closely with internal teams to integrate community input into program designs, ensuring programs meet the specific needs of target communities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to community-based projects, including the support and training of Community Health Workers (CHWs) as needed.
- Develop and distribute community-focused communications, including newsletters, reports, and promotional materials, to keep stakeholders informed about initiatives and progress.
- Represent the organization in community meetings, coalitions, and at public forums to advocate for policies that support health equity and community well-being.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Community Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional certifications in community health, project management, or other relevant fields are a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in community engagement, public health, or a related field.
- Experience in organizing and leading community outreach events, public forums, and workshops.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and build trust.

Salary : $125,333 - $130,272
