What You Can Expect as an EveryMind Intern:

Linkages to Learning & School and Community Youth Services
EveryMind is seeking interns to join our Linkages to Learning and School and Community Youth Services teams. These programs are school-based partnerships focused on holistic student support, family engagement, and community development. As an intern, you will:
- Provide case management services to caregivers.
- Plan and facilitate support groups for students and/or caregivers in school settings.
- Collaborate with school staff and administration to support student and family needs.
- Work with community stakeholders on outreach initiatives and donation drives.
- Conduct needs assessments and collect program data.
- Support clients in achieving self-sufficiency by connecting them with essential resources, including food assistance and other community-based supports.
Family Empowerment Institute (FEI) – Spanish Bilingual Required
The Family Empowerment Institute (FEI) is a community-school partnership focused on equipping families with the skills and tools needed to achieve self-sufficiency. This internship offers hands-on experience in program coordination, case management, and outreach, particularly within diverse, multicultural communities. As an intern, you will:
- Maintain records of FEI program services.
- Support administrative tasks and program coordination.
- Create flyers and outreach materials for community engagement.
- Assist in planning and implementing workshops and training sessions for families.
- Conduct training evaluations and collect participant feedback.
- Provide case management services to caregivers.
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required for this role.
