We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Field Organizer to join our team at Everything Has A Space Home Organization.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for organizing, and the ability to work effectively in diverse environments. As a Field Organizer, you will be responsible for organizing clients homes that include spaces such as: closets, kitchens, garages, offices, playrooms etc..

Candidates MUST:
- Reliable transportation
- Be available to travel to MD, VA and DE client homes - mileage is reimbursed after 45 miles
- Availability to begin at 10-11A on scheduled days
- Availability 3 weekdays- You can choose the days and rotate as needed each month
- Availability 1 weekend- You can choose the day and rotate as needed each month
- Required to attend a virtual team call 1x a month
Key Responsibilities
- Space Assessment: Evaluating the clients home layout, storage options and current organizational systems.
- Decluttering Strategy: Assisting clients in identifying items to keep, donate, recycle and trash
- Organization System Design: Creating organization systems based on clients lifestyle and needs
- Implementation: Putting the organizational plan into action, including physically arranging items in designated spaces
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication skills: Actively listening to clients, clearly explaining plans and addressing concerns
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to categorize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Problem-solving abilities: Identifying challenges and finding creative solutions to optimize space and organization
- Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport with clients and working collaboratively to achieve desired outcomes
- Time Management: Managing projects effectively to meet deadlines and stay within allotted time frames
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Adjusting to different client needs and unexpected situations
