This is a remote position.
Duties and Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to the following)
- Own University Partner clinical faculty relationship, delivery of service and results
- Provide direction and oversight for UP Clinical Education Placement team including contract management and workforce management KPI’s and metrics
- Recruit, coach and develop Placement team. Coach team for behavior to drive resilience to change, solutions-oriented thinking and accountability and placement results.
- Grow and manage EIM’s placement strategy to ensure slot requests convert to student placements with our University Partner programs
- Monitor, audit and provide feedback on processes and systems that ensure consistent UP student placement experience and contract management, with adherence to established timeline
- Perform and share quantitative analysis throughout the clinical placements process to aid in strategic planning
- Collaborates with Admissions Manager to ensure seamless handoff of student support from the admissions team to the clinical education team
- Work with Clinical Education Operations Manager to ensure systems and processes are efficient in maintaining accurate records within departmental technology platforms and systems for all clinical site contracts and data
- Serves as POC for student placement efforts for EIM ProPartners as directed by Director of Clinical Operations
- Develop, participate and present in monthly clinical education meetings with partner programs to deliver results and reporting insights.
- Adhere to strict data compliance to protect student privacy and University Partners
- Occasional travel may be required.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Must be customer obsessed
- Must be action and goal oriented
- Must be agile and have an ability to learn on the fly
- Must be able to thrive in a diversified working environment and deal with ambiguity
- Must possess strong interpersonal savvy
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with program directors, faculty, university partner staff, co-workers
- Must be extremely well organized and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to handle conflicting priorities and projects calmly and efficiently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google, and other productivity enhanced applications
- Demonstrated strong analytical, verbal, written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated account management skills
- 3 years experience using Salesforce, Student Information Systems or similar platforms
- 3 years of experience in managing client relationships
- 3 years of experience in management/leadership
- 3 years of experience in developing, overseeing, and presenting performance metric reports
- Demonstrated experience managing teams of 5 employees
- Experience in creating, modifying, adhering to and managing standard operation procedures
- Ability to marshal resources, use resources effectively and efficiently.
- Can be counted on to motivate team of placement specialists to exceed goals successfully and consistently
- Steadfastly pushes self and others for results
- Ability to effectively guide and mentor employees through periods of change
- Knows how to get stuff done
